Hotspot Dropping after one hour

Hello,

I have been utilizing my hotspot at my work for the past few months. I did not have issues until recently. I have found that the hotspot will stay connected and show that it is working, but only work for certain domains. I can google just fine, but when clicking a link to an external website It shows that the connection is no longer valid. I have to restart my phone and the hotspot will work fine for exactly one more hour than it denies me again. 

This is run off of my phone, would a dedicated hotspot actually help in this situation? Any answers are greatly appreciated.
