Switch over to Firstnet from a normal AT&T plan about 8 months ago. Prior to the switch I never miss a call or message. Now it's a normal occernce. I've had people call me three times in a role and phone didn't ring or show I have a message. Then again it will work fine. I've been though customer service also had my SIM card change out. I'm pretty much at the last straw, Need to start to looking for a new provider. The plan rate is great but if I'm not getting all my calls what's the point.
