I am receiving a 3 times as much Spam since the Holidays

Because it comes with all kinds of different subject lines and sender lines with out a similar word or syllable, it is hard to use the filters to block this.    How does one do this?

ATT Email Profile cannot be accessed due to Directv Linked Account problem.
