Set up the call greeting in AT&T Office@Hand
I remember seeing mention of an option that allows you to set up a recording to notify callers when they are being transferred to your AT&T Office@Hand line. Does anyone know where you need to go in the system to configure that?

You can configure a Connecting Message, which plays a message when callers are transferred to your line. To configure the message, log in, click on the Settings tab, and then on Screening, Greeting & Hold Music. Scroll to the Connecting Message section and click on the checkbox to the left of Enable. Click the Edit button and then use the drop-down to select the default greeting or custom to record your own.
