Register for Business Direct Profile

I need someone who can set up an additional profile for my ATT business client's business direct portal. We have been trying for weeks with no success. He has a log in but is being told the profile is not correct. He is trying to pay his bill online. This is for ATT Dedicated Internet and Voice Bundle, business account. Please contact me asap.
