AGNC 1.7.0 "Your password was entered incorrectly. Please try again." error

Hi everyone,

 

I have been working on this problem for a few days and still got no clue.

 

I installed an AGNC 1.7.0 (3024) onto my Mac 10.12.2. When I tried to connect it always say "Your password was entered incorrectly. Please try again". I am using RSA SecurID token and I'm pretty sure the token has no problem as it works on my Cisco AnyConnect client (Windows). Any help would be appreciated..

I resolved this problem today by removing the domain name. Strangely, domain name was required in the previous login (domain_name\username). Now I only need username. If I put domain_name in front, it won't work. Weird but now it works.

 

FYI I have also disabled "Back to my mac" feature in the icloud.
