New admin of Premier today, can't log in due to Message Invalid ID Profile

Hello,

We acquired a company and I need to be admin to set up MDM.  They granted me admin but I can't log in due to Invalid ID Profile.  Based on messages from 6 or 7 years ago, I am looking for an AT&T rep to DM be so I can send screenshots and account details please.

I am having the same problem. I've been on the phone for almost 2 hours, transferred to my 8th person, also talked to online chat, and no one can help me. How can I resolve this?

I am resolved. It turns out I am not a Premier customer but a myATT customer and they website/login are different.
