HOW TO CONTACT AT&T FOR DAMAGE

How do we contact AT&T for damage your contracted cable installers do to the easements of our yards.

Hello Support,

Recently AT&T had cable pulled in my neighborhood- Carnero's Ranch Leander, TX.  I understand the easements are a right of way for all utilities but they did

not fix the damage they did.  I want AT&T to put my property back in the same condition they found it in as your door tag promised.

I should not have to incur expenses for your damage.

Hey @karen_lague13, let's work on getting you more information about getting your yards repaired.

Accidents happen, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. Property damage claims are handled through our third-party administrator, Sedgwick.

You can contact our Support team at 1-800-288-2020 and let the agent know that you’d like to open a new damage claim against AT&T. They will ask you a series of questions related to the incident and provide you a claim number once it has been submitted.

Once a claim has been filed, a Sedgwick adjuster will contact you within 3-5 business days to interview you about the incident. Please ensure that you take photos of the damage/ incident.

Don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions. Thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums!

I have the same issue. I am trying to get reimbursed for sprinkler line repairs but Sedgwick is claiming this isn’t AT&T’s fault it’s the contractor who is at fault. Who is going to reimburse me for having my sprinkler lines repaired?
