Nokia Lumina 520 Home and Back buttons not working
I'm not quite sure what the problem is. My daughter was changing her wallpaper on her phone and it just stopped responding properly. The side buttons work. The touch screen works. The buttons on the bottom of the phone don't work (the home and back buttons). We've reset it to no avail. I searched online but I can't even find anyone else reporting such an issue. It seems every button related issue is about the side buttons but those are not where we are having problems. The side buttons work fine, the touch screen works fine, but if you push the back or home button, they vibrate but nothing happens.
I am at a complete loss as to what to do and she's only had this phone for about a month. Surely it doesn't need repair/replacement already?
