How to change email sender name?

I've been unable to locate a field that will allow me to change the email sender name.

ie;

"Jim Bob" jim@domain.com

When I try the setting link in the gear menu (top right) I get an error message???

Hi @CyberCytes

That's a very good question. Using the att.net webmail you would access the Gear icon and hit "Settings" that you mentioned earlier. Does the error message pop up if you try accessing it on a different browser or a different laptop/desktop?

Once inside the Settings window, select the "Accounts" tab and click the "Edit" button next to your account name. That will cause another window to pop up and then you will be able to edit the "Sending Name" and "Reply-To address" and much more in that window. 🙂

Agreed, same problem.  As of recently, no matter what the settings, the Primary is set by default even if an extra email address is selected in settings.

IT IS VERY ANBNOYING to have to change my "From" field every time I send an email.  Some developer introduced a bug!
