All you would need to do is find the sticker located on the side of your AT&T provided modem and look for the "SSID" as well as the "Network Encryption Key". With these two pieces of information in hand, you can set up your Xbox to connect wirelessly to the Internet with your U-Verse service. Alternatively, you can connect a "CAT5 or CAT6 Ethernet cable" from the network jack located in the rear of your console to the one of the four yellow network jacks at the rear of the modem (typically labeled "Ethernet").

For additional support with your Microsoft Xbox 360; "Support for the Xbox 360 is handled by Microsoft. Visit http://support.xbox.com/http://support.xbox.com or call Microsoft toll free at (800) 4MY-XBOX (469-9269)".

For additional support with your U-Verse High Speed Internet, contact customer care at 800-288-2020 to speak with an agent or visit http://www.att.com/esupport.

Did you know you can use your Xbox 360 as an additional television receiver?

Take a look at the link below for the lowdown on AT&T U-verse® TV for Xbox 360®!

Thank you for choosing AT&T and being the best part of it!

Hi risingtucker

Just checking up on your post. The information that slickfddi provided are great suggestions in achieving connectivity for your Xbox. I noticed your internet gateway/modem is the Motorola NVG510. Here is a helpful document that will provide more detail on how to locate the SSID and Wireless Network Key that he is referring to. NVG510 SSID and Wireless Key

I hope this helps you in getting connected. If it still doesn't work, feel free to let us know and we'll be glad to assist further. Thank you!
