New order for tv and internet
I just place an order for tv and internet, went through and it will be 104 /month plus a one time equipment or instillation fee (not sure which one) then proceeded to choose instillation date as time and submitted it.
My question is when do I pay this? Is this something I pay upon instillation or do I pay it when the first bill comes due?
I have searched all over this page as well as the emails and information on the site!
Anyone have an answer?

You pay only regular monthly bills based on your billing date.
The install usually falls somewhere in the middle of the billing cycle.
On the first monthly bill you will be charged -
Next months service
Any one time install charges
Service from install to bill date (aka prorated)
