Hi-def limits.
When I ordered u-verse, I specifically asked for hi -def service. Then when the tech arrived for install, he said he noticed I was NOT signed up for Hi-def service, and he could take care of it, but it would be ten dollars more a month than quoted. But now, I find out I can only watch Hi-def channels on one TV at a time in my home! What the heck? With over the air FREE TV, I could watch Hi-def as much as I wanted on all three tvs in my home. I cannot be more angry or more unhappy with this horrible rip-off service and can't wait to get it out of my home! AT&T, you should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping off the American public in this way!

What is your profile? Menu>Options>System Options>System Resources>Streams/Wan/Ingress
Almost all customers get 3 HD streams with most getting 4. There can be circumstances that would cause you to have less.
