Add Static routes to U-Verse Gateway

My U-verse gateway (model 3800HGV-B) serves several wired and wireless connections on 192.168.1.0/24. One of these wired connections is to a second router (Netgear) with a static IP of 192.1168.1.1. The second router servers additional wired and wireless connections on 192.168.5.0/24. One item here is my printer. I want to add a static route to the U-verse gateway to direct traffic for the 192.168.5.0/255 network to my netgear at 192.168.1.1. How can I add this static route to the U-verse Gateway?
