My account information is unavailable
i wanted to refill my account
But i couldnt because i saw the box that he account information is unavailable
So i tried calling customer service
But i cant cause my account is unavailable!!
How can i solve this problem!?

I’d be happy to help with your account concerns! If it has been more than 60 days since the last account balance refill, it is possible your account has been cancelled. If you believe that this is not the case, and should you be unable to reach our GoPhone department at 800-901-9878, please visit any AT&T store where we can help address your concerns or solve any problems you may have. At this time, these are the only support options which have access to GoPhone accounts.
