MMS + $0.10/Minute GoPhone
I recently got a Nexus 5 but can't get MMS to work. I'm on the $0.10/minute GoPhone plan and am using the following APN Settings:

Do you have any kind of data plan? MMS requires data access to work, at least on the pay per use level.
