About a International Long Distance!!!(Hurry Up Plz)

i paid 40$ for a monthly plan, and added 5$ for a International Long Distance.

i used just for 5 min. to Korea, But that was all!!!
you gave me a 250 min. for 5$, right?

why can't i use the International Call anymore?

That $5 plan offers 250 minutes of international calling to about 50 countries, and I'm afraid Korea is not one of them:

Without the plan, I believe a pay per use rate to Korea is around $3.50 per minute.
