Switching phones

I have a T-Mobile phone that is no longer on. Can I switch that phone over to one of my AT&T lines?

Only if the phone is unlocked. If it is locked to T-Mobile, it will need to be unlocked prior to use on AT&T.

Only T-Mobile can unlock the phone. Here is their policy regarding that...

You maybe better off selling that phone and applying the money to a new/refurbished AT&T phone if T-Mobile will not unlock the phone.
