Why can't I get on myatt.com ? This is really getting annoying when I can't get on to pay my bill.

I don't know.  Perhaps if you'd given us a message it displays when you "can't get on" we might have some idea.  "myatt.com" worked fine for me, as did the link in the previous reply.
