Unprofessional Supervisor - Mr Samuel ***
This AT&T employee hung up on me today and also refused to pass me to his upper manager/ supervisor so I could discuss poor support for over 3 days. How do I contact an AT&T Executive to discuss my concerns and substandard customer service? This was the worst experience I've ever encountered with AT&T as a former employee and over 40 year customer. Please give me a name, email and phone number of a senior manager to report this incident. Thanks!
