they have done this to me so many times now i expect it.. every time i ask about my phone being shipped

Yeah, I've not sure what's going on but when ever I try to start a chat session it just takes me to a blank screen >__<
AT&T is really the worst at customer service. I am seriously thinking about switching back to Verison when I can. I'm starting to REALLY hate AT&T.
