Contract Unfairly Extended

I paid full price for an iphone 6 because I was not eligible for the upgrade. Right on the order page it stated "No contract extension required"  Why was my contract once again extended for another two years?

If you're paying full price, that's the message it should be showing.  It's just stating that your contract (if you're on one) will not be extended.  And no new service commitment will be entered.  If you were upgrading using a 2 year contract price, it would say something like "2 year agreement price: XXX". Just reassuring you that your contract status  is not affected.

Otherwise, send the PM like the employee suggested, as that's something that definitely needs to be looked into.  No subsidy should = no contract extension.
