need my old phone number back

not very happy with uverse right now. Sales reps keep telling me that old number will be ported over to new account no problem. They tell me to give it one day. every day I have to call and complain again and they tell me the same. But they always seem to be more interested in trying to upgrade me. I am about ready to cancel and just pay the early termination fees and be done with it. Having VPN issues now too so it is affecting my work now too. So all the way around costing me money

I am so sorry about the issues you are having with porting your number and your VPN, but I will be glad to help. With porting your number, since it is an account specific issue, I will be sending you a private message over this matter. 

With your VPN, if you are noticing dropped connections and are connected wireless, try connecting hard wired to see if it improves the connection. If so, there are some wireless configurations that can be made to help improve the signal.
