Unfortunately, "Read Receipt" is not a feature of att.net or Yahoo webmail. Personally, I don't know of any popular email services that offer it, instead, it's usually included in a desktop Mail client, like Outlook. In any case, "Read Receipt" is not a guaranteed system, as the receiving end must support it too, and in most cases, a recipient will have a choice to either send a receipt or not when it's requested.
