Text detail not updating
We used to get a record with our text dates, numbers, etc. Now when I go online to check the text usage detail, either from my computer or the app, hardly anything shows up, and I know there have been hundreds of texts. Why isn't it updating?

What kinds of phones does your family use and your recipients? Some phones can be using their own messaging system (iMessage for example) and those messages won't show on AT&T's logs.
