suspend hotspot

Hello

 

We are members of the gophone hotspot program

 

We are not US citizens, and will only be using the service from May - October yearly.

 

Is there  way to suspend the account for the winter months?

And if not, will I require a new sim card every year?

why cant i add more data to the $50/5gigs after it runs out before the month ends?
