I could not activate my Microcell (black model)
Plugged it in, ethernet port too. I have an Airport Extreme and Netgear Prosafe 8 port gigabit switch. Tried plugging into both. The tech guy who set up my system said to plug into the Netgear. Called AT&T tech support, we cked my speed and the speed is good. Device is near the window. Power light comes on but nothing else. Last tech said she heard there might be a conflict with Airport Extreme and suggested I "Google it." Tried that, but not easy for me to read and understand the stream of comments. Please help.

There is no conflict with the Airport Extreme. My MicroCell is connected, via ethernet with no switch in-between, directly to my Airport Extreme Base Station, and is has been for years. The older white MicroCell worked just fine and the new DPH-154 (black) was up and running in about 20 minutes after being taken out of the box. Below is some basic questions that we'd like you to answer first before we dive into your problem.
