WHAT IS THE CONTEST?

The Contest will consist of a photo submission thread:

1. 15th "AT&T Community Forums" Birthday Celebration
   Beginning: October 2nd, 2017 – Starting Time: 9AM ET
   End: October 20th, 2017 – Ending Time: 4PM ET
   Voting period: October 23rd, 2017 through October 27th, 2017
   

The event listed above will constitute a separate contest subject to these Rules. Each entrant may submit his/her photo submission to the thread {https://forums.att.com/conversations/community-blog/birthday-photo-contest/5df0192ebad5f2f606cbf1f5}; only one photo submission per entrant. The 15 entrants with the highest number of Kudos posted on AT&T Community Forums at the end of the voting period will be the winners. AT&T's computer is the official time-keeping/record keeping device for the Contest.

What can I win?

Prize[s]: The Contest will consist of up to one photo submission per AT&T Community Forums username; the prize for each of the 15 photo submissions with the most kudos received will be a $15.00 electronic gift card to a national retailer; Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $15.00 for each prize; and Total ARV of all prizes for the Contest is no more than $225.00.

Limit one (1) prize per entrant. No more than 15 prizes will be awarded during the Contest. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner[s]. AT&T reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Prize[s] is awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by AT&T. You are eligible to enter this Contest if:

• you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of and located in one of the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry;

Use of automated processes and devices, script, macro or any means which subvert the entry process are not permitted and all such entries will be void. Limit one (1) Entry per AT&T Community Forum username, throughout the Contest Period.

Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:

• is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
• promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
• is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;
• defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;

• violates any law.

Entry must be the original work of the entrant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Entrants agree that they will not use the Entry for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the Entry to any online social networks, without the express consent of Sponsor in each instance.

 

By participating, each entrant agrees that his/her Entry complies with these Official Rules and that Sponsor's and the judges' decisions shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Sponsor or judges, in their sole discretion, may disqualify an Entry for any reason, including if they determine, in their sole discretion, that the Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content as they determine in their sole discretion. If the winning Entry is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will attempt to identify the next Entry that answered the multiple-choice question correctly, and award the prize to that entrant.

 

The actual, physical Entry shall become the property of AT&T upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned.

HOW WILL ENTRIES BE JUDGED?

Potential winner[s] will be notified immediately during the AT&T Community Forum "Knowledge Sharing" event, and then via private message to arrange for delivery of the prize. Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release/assignment of rights and return all documents to Sponsor within five (5) days of date of notification. Return of notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by any potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a runner-up may be notified.

WHAT IS THE CONTEST?

The Contest will consist of a photo submission thread:

   Beginning: October 2nd, 2018 – Starting Time: 9AM ET
   End: October 22nd, 2018 – Ending Time: 4PM ET
   Voting period: October 24th, 2018 through October 29th, 2018

The event listed above will constitute a separate contest subject to these Rules. Each entrant may submit his/her photo submission to the thread. Only one photo submission per entrant. The 16 entrants with the highest number of Kudos posted on AT&T Community Forums at the end of the voting period will be the winners. AT&T's computer is the official time-keeping/record keeping device for the Contest. In the event of a tie vote, the entrant(s) with the most senior "Joined the Community Date(s)" will win.

What can I win?

Prize[s]: The Contest will consist of up to one photo submission per AT&T Community Forums username; the prize for each of the 16 photo submissions with the most kudos received will be a $16.00 electronic gift card to a national retailer; Approximate Retail Value ("RV") is $16.00 for each prize; and Total ARV of all prizes for the Contest is no more than $256.00.

Limit one (1) prize per entrant. No more than 16 prizes will be awarded during the Contest. Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner[s].
