last bill is inaccurate

i received bill for 1284.00 and never in 18 years used that amount of data!  I tried calling and you keep disconnecting me “saying no current account” now this is going g to collections ( I have excellent credit and never missed a payment). I need to talk to someone as something weird has happened.  I need to talk to someone. this seems like fraud. (yes, I filed online fraud report and you just sent me a copy of my bill.  Something os wrong. I had unlimited premium. I was not out of country so no reason to use $1284. in a month! I have high speed i internet at my home.

What is the extra billing for? You started saying it was data overage, but then you said you have unlimited data, so that doesn't make sense.

You said you weren't outside of the US, but did you call international phone numbers?

Your bill is very detail and there should be a clear explanation for those charges. 

The only reason your bill would go to collections is if you don't pay it.

Read the bill.

It tells you what the itemized charges are for.  Every dime.  

Is it for a phone?
