Debit card does not work. ATT refund for cancelling internet
I received an ATT debit card. Activated card and tried to use it at 3 different stores. I'm reading several people had this problem and asked for deposit in the bank.
I would like to do this also.

Hello windybnw, let's get you pointed in the right direction to get support for your AT&T Debit card.
You will need to reach out to AT&T Rewards center at 800-288-9983 Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST. This is the support group for AT&T Debit cards.

If it has been more than 14 calendar days since you have cancelled your service, you will need to reach out to our refund processor customer service at 877.200.8555

This worked. After calling several rewards numbers and being connected then told, can't help. Finally, spoke to someone who said he will send a check.
We'll see.
