I would make a new call to AT&T. When you get the voice prompt say "billing". Then when you get the agent make the request for the bill reprint. If you need the usage history (calls date/time stamps, etc.), then clarify you need a detailed usage bill reprint. Each monthly reprint is $5.
Sometimes you just have to get a different agent.
