Being charged again

I was charged again for a bill that was already paid. I have the screenshots but it’s not allowing me to attached . Once responded back to I can provide you with the screenshots

DON’T post your bill on this forum, redacted or not.  If it’s a case of your bill being paid or not, that’s between you and AT&T, and no one here can tell you whether AT&T has credited your payment or not.  No one on this public forum needs to see your bill.
