Annoyance with bills

So my boyfriend and I found out today that our account had been suspended for a bill that isnt past due and as we scrolled through all our payments we find out we apparently didnt pay last month when we were under the impression that we had so now we have no phones and no other way for people to get ahold of us. We are now five hundred in the hole and curious if there is a way to pay like hundred of it and have our phones turned back on?
