Account suspended
I asked for the travel hold on February 15th, but att keeps charging me fee so I asked my bank to argue the transaction. Now,att sent me email notified me my account is suspended and the service is going to be cancelled. I tried to solve the problem by using online chat. However, since I’m traveling abroad without att SIM card, I couldn’t log in my account. How can I solve this problem?

There is no travel hold. Suspensions just disable your SIM, they don’t stop the monthly fee. If you had autopay, the bills continue every month. If they billed your autopay source, and then you disputed the valid monthly charge with your bank, then it’s not surprising they are canceling your account. Likely the solution is to pay your outstanding bill in full.
