Was offered "extra $200 off when you upgrade", but never received any credit.

Hi, 

On Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, 2023, my AT&T account showed "extra $200 off when you upgrade" (see attached screen shot)

. I chatted with two AT&T chat agents who confirmed this, and I made screen shots of both chat sessions (attached). Based on this confirmation, I went ahead and upgraded to an iPhone 15 on 12/1/23. It has now been almost 5 months and I haven't received any of this $200 credit. (I am receiving the correct monthly credits for my trade-in). 

I called AT&T support and spoke with a representative for 35 minutes, who said there was nothing he could do about it. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor who could help he put me on hold and then returned to tell me that there were none available, and even if they were available, they wouldn't be able to help. 

Does anyone have suggestions for how I can receive the "extra $200 off" that I was promised? I pay thousands of dollars per year for a family plan for 6 of us, and I feel like I've been scammed.

The $200 was supposed to be applied at checkout. What phone did you buy and how much are the payments? It might already be taken into account when calculating the installment amounts.
