Switching services?

So I've been with Sprint for as long as I have had a cell phone. Probably like 8 years now. I just recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy s9+ and got a new lease. I've had nothing but problem with slow networks and not being able to do anything unless I'm on wifi. This have been going on for quite a while now and I think it's time too switch to AT&T. Do they offer a buyout for leases? Or am I gonna be stuck with this horrible sprint service till it runs out in a year or 2?

Here is ATT’s switch offer, read it carefully: https://extrameasures.att.com/#/home. They will pay up to $650 for device payoffs or termination fees, not both and only if you trade that phone in and buy a new one from ATT. I hear Sprint charges both ETF’s and device payoffs. You are probably looking at a hefty cost to switch.
