Send a compliment to an employee

Recently, with the help of an employee in Orem UT, I was able to reunite with my lost phone. Which account should I PM to pass my compliment to him? Thanks!

Dear ATT,

I want to send a letter recognizing John ***** from the DesPlaines, IL office.  I just became a new U-verse customer.  I hate changing companies because I know that there are always difficulties in the transition. Mr. [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.] came out twice to help troubleshoot my installation. He was so helpful and patient. I really appreciated his hands on approach. He is a special member of your ATT team!

Dear AT&T,

I want to send a letter to say thank you to Shena****** from the Sunrise, Florida office.  After being frustrated from another employee to tell me they couldn't do anything for me and that I need to call back three days later because that was when a promotion ended.  That didn't leave me with a great appreciation from AT&T.  I asked to be transferred to retention, that's where Shena comes in.  She was very very nice and I felt that she really cared about my issue that understood that  I wanted to be resolved today.  Shena went far and above to not only assist in my issue but left me completely satisfied.  Thank you Shena, AT&T needs more people like you!   From J. Simpson, Arkansas

I would like to shout out loud shout out to Brad from the Canton Corner ATT at 42633 Ford Rd in Canton Michigan. I had a fraud issue with ATT, and Brad spent nearly 3 hours with me on multiple calls to help lines with ATT to help resolve my issue. His main job is to sell devices and customer care. He wrent above and beyond his regular duties to be extremely helpful to me, and I am not even an ATT customer. Thanks to Brad in Canton, Michigan.

Hello - I would like to compliment two employees - Marcos and Alex - who helped me get one DirecTV account straightened out.  They were super nice and we accomplished everything very smoothly.  Is there a different way to say thank you?

Thank you,

Laura

Hi, I want to send a thank you note to two At&t employees for the help they gave me. One works in Loyalties in Dayton Ohio and the other in West Virginia.  Is there an address to sent this note too?

Hello. I'd like to send a huge thank you to Rickreena for going above and beyond in helping me resolve a problem with an online order. I'm sorry, I don't have her last name or location, but I know she answered a call to customer service. I want her to know how much I appreciated her attitude and commitment to fixing my problem, and I'd like her boss to know she's a keeper.

Dear AT&T,

I would love to give a big shout out to the tech support employee by the name of Lubash. I spent nearly five hours dealing with internet issues, I spoke to different customer service reps and was given the run around during those 5 hours. Finally, I was connected with Lubash who went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I spent almost an hour on the phone with him. He was so determined to fix the issue and he did. I hope he get high praise for his work and dedication. You need more people like Lubash!

I would like to extend my sincere THANKS to Jessica at the AT&T store located at 7917 Indianapolis Blvd, Hammond, IN 46324.  I was attempting to fix a voicemail issue with my 89 year old Mom's phone.  Two phone calls to AT&T tech support & a visit to the AT&T store in St. John failed to resolve the issue.  I went to the Hammond store after my second conversation with tech support & Jessica went above & beyond in fixing for me.  Whomever the store manager on duty at the time was failed to come out from the back of the store & initially told Jessica that the store does not provide technical support - which shocked me after being told by AT&T to go to the store.  Shame on whoever was in charge of the store when we visited as Jessica spent 30+ minutes with me before the issue was fixed.  She got on the phone with AT&T tech support & was able to have them reset the voice mail to fix the issue.

Even more amazing was the Tech Support person who was disconnected 3 times during our discussion but each time immediately called up back.  AT&T needs more employees like Jessica as her assistance & kindness went above & beyond.

AT&T needs to have something more then a Community Forum to thank employees like Jessica as her help was fantastic - as well as the tech support person that called us back 3 times.  PLEASE recognize Jessica of the above noted store on a job well done !!!
