Phone number transferring issue

I transferred my atnt phone number to mint half a month ago, I was in atnt's family plan. I didn't have access to the atnt account. My atnt family plan master checked the plan today and found out that I'm right now the only one in the atnt family plan which means I have to pay 70 dollars a month. I cant call the atnt live support because I'm in anoter country. After transferring atnt's phone number to mint, atnt sould cancel my plan automatically, but mine for some reasons didn't

If your phone number was transferred from AT&T to Mint, then that line would be canceled on AT&T. That phone number would only show on AT&T's account up until the day it transferred. It cannot be on both providers at the same time.

You say it was part of a family plan on AT&T. Transferring the number does not cancel the other lines. The only way the account/plan would have canceled is if that was the only line on the account to begin with.

Since you don't have access to the AT&T account, I take it you are not the account owner. Whomever is the account owner will need to contact AT&T if they have a billing dispute.

Big question, are you absolutely sure your number is working with Mint? If the transfer didn't complete that might explain this situation. Otherwise your post says the phone number is active at the same time on two different providers which cannot happen.
