I have a mobile share account with 2 devices. Are 2 separate Passport purchases needed?

I have a mobile share account with 2 devices.  I will be traveling internationally and am planning on using the Passport service.  Do I need to buy 2 separate Passport packages in order to roam with both of my devices?  Or is a single purchase applied across all the devices on my account (as is the case domestically)?
