Getting error while upgrading an existing AT&T line from Samsung.com
Getting error while upgrading an existing AT&T line from Samsung.com. Error is on AT&T sign in page during checkout.
After selecting device and selecting service as AT&T On Samsung.com it askes
"Do you have an AT&T account?"
"Sign in to Your AT&T Account"
After clicking on button "UPGRADE AN EXISTING LINE", it askes 4 details:
MOBILE NUMBER: BILLING ZIP CODE: LAST 4 DIGITS OF SSN: AT&T PASSCODE
And when u click on "SING IN" it gives error as
The number of subscribers for this account exceeds the allowed quantity. Please select upgrade an existing line to continue.

I have been having the same issue on the Samsung site for the last few years and it has caused me to have to upgrade through other avenues. WHAT IS CAUSING THIS? I can upgrade through Best Buy, Apple and AT&T with no issues. It's really annoying as Samsung has better offers when buying their phones.

Any solution come i am also having issue same issue for ultra s23. Samsung has better offers. Spent half day with Samsung and Att customer support. No solution

No solutions. Have been trying since the preorder opened with the same errors on both my lines with paid off devices Have two lines on Elite unlimited and everything is clear from AT&T side - I called them and they advised no errors from their end. Unfortunate error since I want to upgrade. Let me know if you find a solution.

I give up and order it from at&t website and i am able to upgrad through at&t not samsung+at&t. I have to give up all samsung promotion offers. Currently samsung offering galaxy watch5 or $120 accessories free.
