Have an unlock code but can't get to the screen to unlock it
Hi. I have a Galaxy Samsung S8 Active phone. I am transferring it to T-Mobile. I am all set on the T-Mobile end, and I have received the Unlock Code with instructions to go to $(masterData.unlockinstruction). When I went to this website, it wants to charge $26 to unlock the phone. I am not going to pay that. I already have the T-Mobile Sim Card in the phone and once connected to my WiFi I can't call or text but can yet I can go on the internet even though it says under About Phone, that there is no internet service. How do I unlock my phone for free with the code that ATT gave me so I can get connected to T-Mobile? I have been on hold for 2 hours and am still holding....it's 11:30 pm!

It's not a website. (It's an error)
And you don't pay to unlock if you already have an unlocked code.
Since this is your first time:
You can't enter the unlock code without initiating the pop-up box for the code, which only happens when you insert a non AT&T SIM card into the phone.
