2023 Promotion - $1000 credit on S23 for trade-in

Does anyone else remember this? I was just informed by an agent that there is no record of this promotion and no record that I returned by S9 to receive this credit. When asked about escalating the issue, was informed that the manager would have the same "information".

ATT had trade-in promotions all year long. But they changed during the year. Depending on when you made your purchase, an S9 might not have qualified.  The fact there is no record of your S9 is certainly a concern.

Did you save the promotion, or at least remember the exact date of your original purchase?  Did you make sure that your trade-in was done within the 30 days? Did you make sure you were on a qualified unlimited data plan?

The S23 promotion likely would have been similar but not identical to the s24 promotion.

The first page has the requirements which was critical.

Thanks for your response!  The promotion would have been in January/February 2023 - I'm busy looking for any tracking or other information I have from that time.  I'm not the type to throw anything like that away!
