Moto G LTE

I am thinking of ordering a Motorola Moto G LTE and paying the no contract price to have this phone as a replacement phone for my Rugby Smart. 

Since i will not be using an upgrade or Next program, will they send a new Sim Card installed in the phone like when you do an upgrade??

This phone uses a micro Sim while my current phone uses a mini Sim. 

If they did not send a replacement sim, would i then have to go to an AT&T store to get it switched?? Or could i also add an approppriate Sim Card to the order and then do the swap over the phone??
