Didn’t get a tracking number or shipping receipt for a Next Up Upgrade because of a store manager. Am I screwed?
When I picked up my phone upgrade from my local store, (which messed it up the first time, but that’s a whole different debacle) they gave me my shipping box and my shipping label then told me verbatim “Just tape the label to the box and drop it off in the USPS package drop off.” So I did exactly that on my way home. Well once I got home and read the email it said to get a receipt and tracking number, which is not what the store manager told me to do AT ALL. So what now? Am I screwed or should I get in contact with customer service because I was one of their managers that told me to do it the way I did?

That’s so frustrating. I just did exactly as a manager told me to do, and now I’m going to be the one paying the price for her incorrect information.
