ATT Lost my trade in!Scam & Fraud!

I see from finding this and other forums that this is an ongoing issue with alot of people. ATT I have been chatting and talking to for over 4 months now about my trade in.I was sent the packaging and label to shop my trade in February.I did that and even called to confirm. In March I was told they received it in the warehouse but they are backed up with overflow of phones received but I should receive the discounts within the next cycle. Now after 3 hours again today I am told they can not help me and I have to go back to usps to track the phone from February .This is just ridiculous and I  should have not even did the trade in but there was an online deal that clearly was too good too be true.My trade in was perfect condition so now no one can find it and I’m being charged for this new phone that was not even needed.I either need my phone back or credits applied because this is ATT fault for sending the instructions that clearly are an issue as I see here.No one can help me and a continued run around for 4 months.

Hi @scamtradein,

We hear you, and let's get the help you require.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns.  To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our contact us page: AT&T Customer Service - Phone Numbers & Live Chat (att.com), and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!
