Our business number is being flagged as spam - how to fix it

We use Microsoft Teams and calls to an AT&T number are being reported as SPAM. How do we fix this?

AT&T uses a company called HiYa to determine reputation for incoming phone numbers. You might look at this page: https://www.hiya.com/products/registration

Good morning @swathen

AT&T uses Hiya for our phone number "rating" database (a "rating" is simply a score used to identify the risk that a phone number is being used for spam or autodialing).

You can submit a request on the form below to ask Hiya/AT&T to remove your number from that list.
