iPhone send back!
Hi all! I’m looking for information whether I need to schedule a FedEx pick up or drop off at FedEx box or do I leave it out for the mailman to pick up. I’m sending back phones that one was an upgrade and another was a claim for and through Asurion. if anybody knows this information that would be great!

@elabenz1 You need to use the Return Labels that you should have been sent for your returns. Take them to wherever the Return Labels are for (UPS, USPS, FedEx, whatever) and MAKE SURE you get a receipt with a tracking number because that will be the only proof that you returned them to the correct place, which is NOT AT&T. Pay close attention to the return window as well. Document everything.
