Hello there @Jr1985,

Thank you for posting your question on the AT&T Community Forum; I’d be happy to assist you! In order to view phone call and text message logs you will need a myAT&T online account.

To view your data usage:

Go to Usage since last bill. If prompted, log in.

You will see an overview of your recent usage.
If you have multiple accounts, make sure that your wireless plan is selected next to the Billing & Usage header.

To view usage details by device, select the view usage details link located under the member name.
Text/Data usage details will display.
Voice usage details will display using the same steps

this does not work last month and all prior months i could see this information. but as of about a week ago its gone i noticed i can pay 1.99 for detailed usage on a individual number on my line. why should i have to pay now the usage tab dosent even show up anymore. i asked a good friend of mine to log on her account and you can still see hers. why is that>?
