AT&T sim card - Audi Ab7
I recently purchased a 2017 Audi A7 with an AT&T sim card and I somehow managed to lock the sim card and now it's asking for the PUK code which I do not have obviously because I'm the third owner. And I'm assuming verification would fail because the account was in the previous owners name, so is it possible to have the sim card unlocked or am I going to need a new one?

As you've mentioned your AT&T sim is locked to the previous account owner, only he will be able to get the PUK code.
We recommend you to contact the account owner of the AT&T SIM card, to get it unlocked.
As you've mentioned as well, you can go ahead and purchase a new SIM under your AT&T account.

My suggestion is to remove it, and buy your own so it's on your account.
