This morning I received an email from [email scrubbed]
Hi, [my first name]
Your network experience matters to us.
Your recent network experience didn’t meet our standards, so we want to make it up to you.

AT&T
the link to the gift goes to the domain https://click.account.att-mail.com/
which appears to be legit. I click and it just takes me into my account, don't see any gift anywhere.
I called ATT support and they said they don't have a record of the email.
I'm confused here.

att-mail.com is a legitimate domain owned by AT&T; it's used for their e-mailing, so the e-mail appears that it should be legit.
The missing gift, well??? dunno.
